Dr. Pardeep Rai is working as Librarian at Maitreyi College (University of Delhi), New Delhi. He has a Ph.D. in “Use of Multimedia Resources by the LIS Distance Learners of IGNOU ''. He holds M.L.I.Sc. and M.Phil. Degrees from University of Delhi. He has many publications to his credit and edited three books. He has participated and been a part of many national and International conferences. His areas of specialization are Library Computerization and E-resources. He was awarded the ILA Promoters award in 2009. He is a life member of the Indian Library Association, IASLIC, Manlibnet, Asiala and Delhi Library association. He is one of the editors of the International conference proceedings of ILA.
He was the Managing editor of Journal of Indian Library Association and ILA newsletter from 2013 - 2019. Presently he is the Sr. Vice President of Indian Library Association and Executive committee member of Asiala(Asian Library Association). He is one of the Associate editors of “Journal of Library & Information Technology”. Dr. Rai is on the Editorial Advisory Board of International Journal of Research in Library Science: an open access journal. He is also a Member of MSD-5 (Bureau of Indian Standards), Standing Committee Member of IFLA, Government Information and Official Publications Section(GIOPS), and Member of Professional Development Advisory Council, SLA.
He was invited to attend the IFLA workshop on Global vision in Vietnam from 23-25 May 2018.

Ms. Rajni Bhanot is working as a Professional Assistant in Maitreyi College Library. She holds M.A. in Hindi from Panjab University, Chandigarh M.L.I.Sci from Punjabi University Patiala. She also did PGDLAN from Panjab University Chandigarh, PGDCA from Punjab Technical University Jalandhar, PGDLIM from Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai. She has Diploma in French language from Punjab Agriculture University, Ludhiana, Punjab and Certificate in Intellectual Property Rights and Information Technology in the Internet Age from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi. During her career she has participated in several National and International workshops and seminars related to her profession and contributed research papers also. She is also a life time member of Indian Library Association.

Poonam Sharma completed her Bachelors (BLISC) and post-graduation (MLISC) from Department of Library and Information science, University of Delhi. She has also done her post graduate diploma in networking from Indira Gandhi National Open University, India. She is also a UGC NET holder for academic posts. She is also a life time member of Indian Library Association. Her areas of interest are Knowledge classification, and ICT Application in libraries.
