Enactus is an internationally recognised network of aspiring business leaders that envisions to empower less represented communities through sustainable entrepreneurial actions.The term Enactus is an abbreviation of the core principles that the society reflects-“Entrepreneurial- Action-Us”
Established in 2014, Enactus Maitreyi aims to transform students into dynamic social entrepreneurs by providing them with a forum to brainstorm projects for a set of beneficiaries, in order to make these beneficiaries competent and self-sufficient. The society strives to actively play its part in contributing towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) set forth by the United Nations (UN) in order to have a beneficial impact in the lives of individuals, communities, society, and the planet. We are dedicated to making a positive impact on both, the society as well as the environment.

The society's main and most significant activity is setting up stalls to sell items made by our beneficiaries at various social events hosted by different institutions, organizations etc.
Enactus Maitreyi conducts a number of initiatives throughout the year to strengthen and empower underrepresented communities. These may be in the form of initiatives at dog shelters, donation drives, literacy campaigns etc.
Enactus Maitreyi's Annual Fest-Innovision, is a notable event hosted by the society, wherein we encourage the Enactus societies from other colleges to display and sell the products prepared by their beneficiaries by setting up stalls in our campus
The society is also actively involved in conducting competitions in Rhapsody- The Annual Fest of Maitreyi College.
